[Trailer] Winnie the Pooh Comes to Life in ‘Christopher Robin’

As we grow up, our imagination fades as we learn to deal with the real world, losing touch with old friends and forgetting the carefree fun of our youth. But sometimes, those things come back to us when we most need it. That is the premise of the Disney live-action film Christopher Robin.

Ewan McGregor stars as the titular character, now grown with a family of his own. Times are tough, and in a particularly low moment, an old friend from the Hundred Acre Wood reminds him of the adventures of his youth. Today, Disney released the first trailer for the film.

The official synopsis for the film is as follows: In the heartwarming live action adventure “Disney’s Christopher Robin,” the young boy who embarked on countless adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood with his band of spirited and lovable stuffed animals, has grown up and lost his way. Now it is up to his childhood friends to venture into our world and help Christopher Robin remember the loving and playful boy who is still inside.

Also in the film is Hayley Atwell, along with the voices of Jim Cummings, Chris O’Dowd, Toby Jones, Peter Capaldi, Brad Garrett, and Mark Gatiss. The release date for Christopher Robin has not yet been announced.
